Return Policy

Request for RA must be made within seven days of receipt. Full refund granted if item is offered with ROR or does not meet claims of the listing, otherwise 15% restocking charge applied. No refunds of shipping charges. Buyer pays return shipping.

Sales of equipment labeled "AS IS" are final - no returns will be accepted.

Payment Methods

Our checkout system is set up to handle any major credit card or Paypal payment. Additionally, we will accept a Money Order or check (US only), but bear in mind that shipment may not occur until funds have cleared. Wire transfers are accepted – contact us for instructions.

Shipping

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs, including any applicable taxes, tariffs or duties. Goods typically ship one business day after receipt of payment, although international shipments may require additional time to process.

Email notification will be sent upon receipt of payment and again upon order shipment… you will receive tracking information at this time.

International buyers - Please request shipping estimate in advance if you are unsure of the cost. Package size or weight may preclude economical shipment to your country.
