Return Policy

Any merchandise that does not meet the claims of the listing can be returned within seven days for a full refund, including original shipping cost (buyer responsible for return shipping). Unless specified "AS IS", any merchandise can be returned within seven days of receipt for any reason, however these returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee - no refund of shipping costs.

We accept apparel exchanges on a one-time basis for sizing reasons; however the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Sales of used equipment labeled "AS IS" are final - no returns will be accepted.

Payment Methods

Our checkout system is set up to handle any major credit card or Paypal payment. Additionally, we will accept a Money Order or check (US only), but bear in mind that shipment may not occur until funds have cleared. Wire transfers are accepted – contact us for instructions.

Shipping

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs, including any applicable taxes, tariffs or duties. Goods typically ship one business day after receipt of payment, although international shipments may require additional time to process.

Email notification will be sent upon receipt of payment and again upon order shipment… you will receive tracking information at this time.

International buyers - Please request shipping estimate in advance if you are unsure of the cost. Package size or weight may preclude economical shipment to your country.
